SYED WAQAR HASAN ZAIDI Syed is an HRDF approved trainer and consultant who is passionate about improving organizational efficiencies and accelerating business growth using KPI “Key Performance Indicators”. He is undertaking Doctorate degree in Business Administration at Binary University of Management & Entrepreneurship. He earned his Masters in Business Administration from Charles Sturt University (Australia). He is a Certified Professional Manager by Association of Certified Professional Managers, UK.
In 2012, Syed received Commendation from the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dato’ Sri HajiMohammad Najib Bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak for his notable contribution in the Malaysian Economy Transformation Plan under the City & Corridor Education Lab for the Iskandar Malaysia. His vast experience in the education and training spanned more than 15 years in the areas of marketing, customer service, corporate planning, business development, training and consultancy. As a head of corporate planning and business development at KFCH International College (subsidiary of Johor Corporation Berhad), he facilitated the implementation of KPIs for the entire organization. He has worked with various private institutions to develop their strategic plans and consult them on MOHE and MQA documentations.
His forte lies in his ability to connect with people and to bring out the best in them. He is known for his passion in inspiring people to learn with his result oriented approach. He has conducted tailor made KPI workshops for business accelerations, process improvement, quality improvement and for achieving greater customer satisfaction. Syed is a versatile trainer with more than 5 years of training experience. He constantly seeks innovative ways to help organizations to achieve their ambitions and enhance their performance by integrating and aligning the people of an organization to its strategy within a learning environment.
